3M SafeTea Break is back, following the success of last year, and bursting with a whole host of brand new material to further improve workplace health and safety.
In 2015, 1,800 companies took part in encouraging health and safety managers to use short periods during the day to educate their staff on health and safety topics, including long latency diseases.
The SafeTea Break pack, developed in partnership with Safety Groups UK, is an invaluable toolkit filled with questions and discussion points designed to engage employees and make them think about key risks to their health and safety at work.
For 2016, we’ve made the pack even better with three new topics including; Wellbeing, Slips and Trips, and Think for 30, another of our programmes designed to get employees thinking about potential hazards before starting a task.
Once again, we will be making a £50 donation to Safety Groups UK for every SafeTea Break feedback form uploaded to the 3M website.
The 3M SafeTea Break pack can be downloaded for free from www.3M.co.uk/safetea. If you took part last year, you’ll be able to access the new topics without having to download the whole pack again.
